New Student Registration Application Process for 2008-2009 School Year

If you are currently enrolled in one of Forest High School's feeder middle schools and are zoned for Forest, you do not need to fill out this registration form. All others must complete the complete registration process.

Registration Hours for 2008-09 school year:

• 8:30 am - 2:30 pm, Monday - Thursday, thruough August 8, 2008
• 8:30 am - 2:30 pm, Monday - Friday, starting August 11, 2008

Applications must be printed and submitted in person. FHS does not offer online registration at this time.

Please bring the New Student Registration Application with the other items that are listed on the first page of the registration packet to the FHS Guidance office. In order to expedite the registration process, please make sure you have everything that is required when you come to register.

Registration applications will be accepted and processed from May 1, 2008 through June 16, 2008, and then again after August 4, 2008.
