Career and Technology Education Elective Courses

Cooperative Education

Cooperative Education is available for students who have completed the course work and acquired most of the knowledge and skills for a career and technical program, and wish to finish their training plan through course work at school and on-the-job training. The selection process for acceptance and placement into a cooperative education program places particular emphasis on prior grades, attendance, and behavior in school.

• Diversified Career Technology I
  Grades 10-12
  
  Classroom only; no on-the-job training component.

• Diversified Career Technology I, II, III (classroom and on-the-job)
  Grades 11-12; Teacher recommendation required
  
  Multiple credits; classroom and on-the-job.

• Cooperative Diversified Education (on-the-job)
  Grade 12 only; Teacher recommendation required
  
  Multiple credits; on-the-job, no classroom component.
