    The purpose of this course is to enable students to develop knowledge and skills in specified individual and dual sports and to maintain or improve health-related fitness. The content should include, but not be limited to safety practices, rules, terminology, and etiquette, history biomechanical and physiological principles, techniques and strategies, sportsmanship, fitness activities, fitness assessment, consumer issues, benefits of participation.

  • Advanced Weight Training (1501360)

    The purpose of this course is to enable students to develop advanced knowledge and skills in weight training, further improve muscular strength and endurance, and further enhance self-image.
